  • I stand by my work so if you’re unhappy with one of my pieces please do get in touch and I’ll do everything I can to set it straight.

    Returns are accepted if started within 14 days so long as the item can be returned unused, in the original packaging and the same condition that you received it in within 30 days

    After those 30 days have passed I can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.

  • I stand by the quality of my work and guarantee it for the length of the owner's life. If you do find a fault in the construction then I will fix it free of charge.

  • If you break it, well, you've already bought it so I’ll repair it for the cost of materials plus labour and postage. I won't make a profit on repairs, as long as it's not past the point of repair then I'll handle it for you.

  • Wood ages, picks up scratches, wear and tear. It's often part of what people love about solid wood pieces but do I provide refinishing services to refresh pieces that you think need a touch-up — prices on request.

  • All pieces in stock are sent within 2 working days using Parcelforce Express with Enhanced Compensation. Larger pieces may require specialist couriers or in-person delivery.

    Pre-orders and commissions will be posted when ready, timeline to be agreed on a case by case basis.

    International delivery will be via Parcelforce Worldwide with Enhanced Compensation and larger pieces will be gauged and quoted case-by-case.
